Overview
The biggest unlock for visitor management in the Gulf is that almost everyone already carries a verified national identity in their pocket. MyGatePass authenticates a visitor directly against UAE Pass, so the gate receives a cryptographic identity match — not a hand-copied name from a clipboard.
For guests who do not carry UAE Pass — international visitors, for instance — verification falls back automatically to MRZ passport scanning or a pre-issued QR pass, so nobody is ever stuck at the gate.
How it works
From arrival to audit.
01
Visitor taps UAE Pass
At the gate or in their pre-arrival pass, the visitor authenticates with the credential they already use for government services.
02
MyGatePass verifies the match
We confirm identity against the national system and cross-check the active time window, zone permissions and any watch-lists.
03
The decision is logged as evidence
A cryptographic match — not ink on a page — is written to the tamper-proof audit log in the same instant the gate opens.
What you get
Built into the module.
Sub-second match
Identity confirmation typically completes in under a second at the edge.
No transcription error
Identity is verified, not retyped, eliminating a whole class of human error.
Graceful fallback
MRZ scan and QR passes cover anyone without UAE Pass.
Evidence, not ink
Every match is recorded as defensible, exportable proof.
