How MyGatePass collects, processes, stores and protects personal data.

Data we process
On behalf of the facilities that use our platform, we process visitor identity data necessary to verify and log an entry — such as name, identity number, the time and location of a visit, and where applicable a vehicle plate. We capture the minimum necessary to prove a verified entry occurred.
Where data is stored
Personal data is stored, processed and audited inside MOI-aligned UAE infrastructure. Cross-border replication does not occur without explicit consent. Portfolio customers may request fully sovereign, single-tenant residency.
Retention
Data is retained only for as long as the controlling facility requires, on a configurable schedule, after which it is redacted or deleted automatically.
Your rights

- Request correction or deletion, subject to the facility’s legal obligations.
