Overview
The Outlook plug-in detects external attendees on a meeting invite, asks once for the ID type, and dispatches a branded, parking-aware pass — so the visitor receives it before they leave their own office. When they arrive, the host is notified in Teams the moment the gate opens.
It is the single highest-leverage integration we ship: the host does nothing different, and the lobby is ready for every guest.
